There are a variety of strategies out...It's tough. There are a variety of strategies out there and I'm not sure if any one of them is the best. We did it when Seth was 21 months old and we just went cold turkey. We had a rough two months but now that it is over I'm glad we are rid of it. You just have to "just do it" but explain to her what is happening.
